At Post, everything that we do is about being exceptional in terms of every phase of life at Post. And for me, unlike other organizations that primarily are about checking the box with a bunch of traditional experiences, at Post, we’re committed to going above and beyond the call of duty. This is something that I take great pride in being able to lead that initiative.
So in our course design process in the business school, we’ve also implemented diversity, equity, inclusion all throughout our courses. And what that’s allowed is for our students to get exposed to this topic and every single course scaffolded, so as they go through their academic journey with us, they come out with this understanding experience of how to handle and how to work with diversity in the workplace.
And it’s a benefit because we all know that diversity helps business. And so it’s really important for us to be intentional in our online and main campus design as we’ve updated our courses.
Yeah, it’s okay to be different, you know, at Post University, and in terms of, you know, our student population, we welcome all students of all of all orientations, of all backgrounds. It’s really a way of giving our students a new career opportunity and a new way of life for them, for their families
Inclusivity is embedded, really, in everything that we do. You know, some organizations use the phrase every voice matters and at Post, that’s true. It’s authentic. It’s real.
That means that every experience that you have at Post is going to reflect a sensitivity to who you are, your self-identity, your unique values, and your unique contributor to life at Post. Whether that’s a journey as a student or journey as a career, as an employee of Post.
