Post Makes It Personal®. We want to be there to help every learner who wants to be able to advance in their career, be able to get there.
From high school students to people who may not have a college degree to college educated to seasoned professionals, we are here to help and we are here to support them in whatever that we can. Whatever outcome someone wants to achieve, we want to listen to that. We want to understand that, and we want to help them achieve that.
So we will make recommendations for courses, for paths they may want to take. We want to be reflective of the needs of the individual learners and students. We also want to be reflective of what’s needed out there by industry and by businesses.
In today’s world, that means earning credentials and certificates in addition to college degrees.
We have a variety of courses available from exam preparation to professional development, police recertification, English as a Second Language, communication, Excel and Office skills. You can take some short courses, learn some of these topics, gain some of these skills, and earn a certificate or a credential to be able to help you move on.
And it’s not just about getting to the next level or making more money. Those things are important, but how do we help you enjoy the type of work that you’re doing, the people that you’re working with, and how do we help you get the most out of the workplace?
