Clubs & Organizations

A student club here at Post is where students come together to form a club of what interests them. Even if you don’t play a sport, that’s an opportunity for students, like me, who do not play a sport to get active on campus.

At least try to be connected with everyone in the school and, as well as, trying to see what’s out there, not only here at Post University, but also out in the future for ourselves.

It’s very, it tries to include everybody here. We try not to leave nobody out. SGA is a Student Government Association on campus, so that’s where we plan events, try to reach out to include everybody, not only the students, but staff and faculty, too. And basically, we just try to make the campus better.

The different clubs that we have on campus is:
• The Black Student Union
• The Avis Gaming Club
• The Student Government,
• Los Latinos, as well
• LGBTQ
• The Art Club
• Balls Ambassadors Club

There’s so much more!

I noticed that a lot of kids really don’t know what they will like in the clubs that we have here at Post. So what they do is they can make their own.

So online students do have their own SGA program, but sometimes, as the online SGA and main campus SGA do sometimes combine and interact with each other,

Being in a club, you are able to gain that access of friendship with someone.

I think clubs are a good way for students to make friends, because when you come here, some people have their sports team. Me, I don’t have a sports team. So the way I got active was joining a club, networking and meeting new people, and trying new things.
