So if we have a student that is interested in our nursing program online, there’s a couple of different ways they can get in contact with us. First, they can go to our website and look for our phone number, call in, and they will be able to reach a nursing admissions advisor. Or you can go to our website, click on academics, then click on American Sentinel College, and you have the option to either apply right there or submit your information and then admissions advisor will call you that way.
Our nursing students can start classes every month. So every third Monday of each month, you can begin classes with us.
So if you’re interested in applying for a nursing program, the first step would be to do a Professional College Advisory Session. That is a PCAS that is our student interview where you would get the opportunity to speak with the nursing admissions advisor and we would learn more about your career goals, your educational goals, and talk about Post University to determine if Post would be a good fit for you.
After that, we would have you fill out our application. After you fill out that application, you will be emailed over a link, and that is basically a portal where you would go to submit all unofficial copies of your transcripts, your copy of your driver’s license, and a copy of your nursing license.
Once we have all of your unofficial transcripts, we would actually take that and submit it to our registrar’s office so they can do a transfer evaluation for you.
After that, you are going to meet your student success advisor who is going to be your advisor with you throughout your time at Post. She or he will get you registered in class and they will make sure you get your orientation completed.
So if you are interested in applying for one of our online nursing programs, you can go to Post.edu and apply right through there.
