Nursing Programs

At American Central College, we offer a variety of programs from our RN to BSN, to nurse practitioner, MSN nurse practitioner to doctorate of nursing programs. We offer a lot of specialties.

We cater to, really, a diverse population of innovative students who want to get their degree at the time that they have and where they’re at with their careers, their family, and their active lives.

We provide a lot of flexible opportunities from traditional term-based, eight-week courses to our competency based education, which students can take in the BS and MSN program as many courses as they want in the 16-week week period or as few as one, depending on their schedule, their work life, their family life. We really make it flexible.

Our programs are 100% online, so we really have students and faculty from everywhere, and that’s what makes our program so diverse. All our programs are post-licensure nursing programs. So, to come into our programs, you already have an RN, so you’ve done that basic skill work somewhere, and we give you credit for that and allow you to transfer that in.

What really makes us unique is, again, everything is 100% online. We offer that to all students. We give them the flexibility to be able to work where they’re at in their lives, where they’re at professionally, where they’re at with their families, where they’re at personally.

Our goal is really to focus on making it personal for you and what you can do to get your degree, and finish your nursing education, and get to the level where you want to see yourself.
